Agent runaway

A situation in which an agent granted high autonomy falls into an uncontrolled loop of actions and causes real damage to infrastructure, costs, or customer data. The mechanism stems from the model's stochastic nature combined with access to real permissions. The concept comes from production deployment practice (2025–2026).
