Decade of Agents
Karpathy: 2025-2035 is the "decade of agents" — a period of iteratively refining autonomous AI systems, as opposed to the "year of AGI" hype. The framing helps set long-term expectations: agents will not arrive fully formed but will be developed along the "march of nines." It has influenced the language of investors and employers.
